Our Community Matters
In collaboration with Fountain of Life Kingdom Ministries, and in partnership with The Marketplace, Family Medicine Center is hosting a Community Outreach & Free Health Screening event:
Saturday July 29 from 8am – 12pm
at Family Medicine Center parking lot in Rock Sound, Eleuthera
Under the patronage of Pastor Juan Symonette (Pastor of Fountain of Life Kingdom Ministries) and the Church’s Outreach Ministry in collaboration with Dr. Graham Cates (Family Medicine Center), we are cordially inviting you to our Community Outreach under the theme ‘Our Community Matters’.
Planned events include:
• Free Health screening- blood pressure, random glucose, and weight check
• Free NHI membership enrollment under Dr. Yvette Thimothee-Turner
• Free breakfast and drinks
• Free Bouncing Castle for the kids and kids at heart
• Lots of prizes, surprises, and giveaways
