I have been suffering of a tendonitis on my left arm biceps for over 3 years now. Thanks to @aktivbody we are addressing it now since I started working with Family Medicine Center team of physicians. I am sure it will get better as we progress with the treatment that we are doing for it. Here it is a glimpse of what the treatment is about.
